Restaurants and Food

Where do we start? The vast range of places to eat on Anglesey covers every possible price range, variety and setting . While away those summer evenings in front of a barbeque or visit one of Anglesey’s many eating establish- ments. The island has it all, from pubs and cafes to restaurants, hotels and snack bars.

Local Produce, Fresh Seafood and Farm Shops

There is nothing better than getting cosy in one of the many restaurants on the island and sampling the freshly caught seafood. The island boasts some of the fi nest seafood in the UK. When the shellfish season begins in October, the island holds its annual four-day Oyster and Seafood Festival (www.angleseyoysterfestival.com).

The island is home to numerous organic farms and farm shops selling quality local meat, fruit, vegetables, chutneys and jams. Th ere are as many venues as there are reasons to use them. Email us with your reviews and we will pass on your recommendations to next season’s visitors. Email: info@angleseyvisitor.com
