Kings House is a superb historic residence originally built around the 1740's and was once an an Inn until a century ago. The property is situated in a row of properties very close to the castle, goal and courthouse in the historic town of Beaumaris. This fine house has undergone an extensive refurbishment programme to restore original features. The quality of accomodation is superb and offers real luxury!

The property is deceptively large and very tastefully decorated. It has 6 large bedrooms and generous reception space. The courtyard to the rear of the property is gained through a conservatory.

There is a large living room with an open fire. Spacious well-equipped kitchen / dining room with conservatory and snug, a sitting room, study and utility room. On the first floor are three double bedrooms each containing a TV. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room with WC. There is also a twin-bedded room with TV. There are plenty of attractions in the area including two golf courses, fishing both river and deep sea, sailing, boat trips to Puffin Island which is a nature reserve, boats trips down the Menai Straits and not to mention the beautiful coastline with its sandy beaches and coastal paths.

Beaumaris has a good range of hotels, shops and restaurants. There are several events throughout the summer making Beaumaris a favourite destination. The Beaumaris Festival and annual Menai Strait Regatta are very popular with locals and visitors alike.
