Anglesey has120 miles of coast line, sandy beaches, rocky headlands that can be explored or used as a base for other sea related activities, there is sailing, sea fishing, wind surfing or a trip across to Ireland on the HSS. There are several golf courses, rambling, walking and there are also four sports complexes, three of which have indoor heated pools. There are many fresh water lakes where angling is available, and also several horse riding stables that offer tuition or trekking. Anglesey has other attractions such as the award winning Sea Zoo at BRYNSIENCYN, an Art Gallery in LLANGEFNI, a village with a very famous long name and the well known town of BEAUMARIS with its12th Century Castle and Gaol. The village of LLANDDEUSANT has a working windmill with a cafe where you can enjoy Welsh cream teas and browse at your leisure around the Anglesey Craft Workers Guild shop. If you enjoy bird watching then Anglesey is a haven for bird watchers - there are several sites to interest you. The Anglesey Circuit/Trac Môn is currently undergoing a massive expansion of facilities which will include top class Formula 3 racing.
